  Although this place can be a little pricey, it is loads of fun. The food is great and the staff are friendly. I encountered a particular game tech that came over to fix the machine I was playing. He was very friendly and seemed like he genuinely enjoyed his job! So game tech Spencer, keep doing what you're doing! Companies success relies on employees like you!

  Service is starting to be slow, waiters don't show any care. I think prices are overrated. They don't do play card deals on the weekend, WHEN MOST PEOPLE WANT TO HAVE FUN THE MOST! Bathrooms aren't that nice looking either! Only thing worth doing is playing games!

  Save your money and go to Scene 75. At least at Scene 75 you get seated and have an actual waitress come and take your order instead of sitting in a booth for twenty minutes without a word from anyone. We came for the new Rock Em Sock Em Robots game that wasn't even working. This place sucks and does every time we come. If it wasn't for our son, we would never come here.

  It is pricey here, however if you can try to stick to arcade games and not ticket dispensing games, you can get more bang for your buck. The staff is super helpful. I had an incident where the Star Wars Pod Racer game accepted my swipe, however failed to start the game. I went to the front desk, explained what happened, they sent maintenance to take a look at the machine and after confirming the game was not working, refunded the difference plus quite a bit extra for the trouble. I was not pushy or rude, and the manager and staff did not act put out or annoyed with me. Everyone was good natured and professional. I highly recommend this location.
