  Loved the service, the limited wait to get in and the food. You can't beat the food at Chili's. And the main plus for me is that they have gluten free options on the menu which make it more comfortable for me to eat there and not worry about finding something I can eat

  I've had better food at McDonald's for less. Kids meals are $5.50 and the portions appeal to that of a 4 or 5 year old. So we resorted to our kids ordering from the main menu. Soft drinks were flat, burgers were dry. DO NOT use the tabletop kiosk (tablet) unless you want to be charged without warning. That's right, added right to your bill just for navigating through. This was my first and undoubtedly last visit to a chili's restaurant.

  I think they have changed management. Service was acceptable. Food was slow. A standard dish was made differently. Odd new open seating area at front. No tables. Maybe it is a new waiting area.

  The food at this restaurant was really quite good. But, good food is fairly common when you go out to most restaurants. When going to Chili's we have come to expect delivery of fresh chips and salsa when we sit down. Apparently, this is not a corporate store , but a franchisee who elects to save money by keeping the chips as a menu item.
  
  While selling chips and salsa is fairly common, we have come to expect that this is a bonus we receive when we pick Chili's. We will eat at Chili's again but, probably not this store. Consistency in brand policy is important. It's not the money, it's meeting expectations based on past experiences.
