  This is the Closest Starbucks to my work, and the service is awful. Ten or fifteen minutes in the driveway for three drinks-- all of them iced tea. Just awful, very disappointed.

  I pull into the drive thru and order a Venti Green Tea Iced Tea Lemonade with LIGHT ICE. KEYWORD LIGHT ICE. Starbucks are thieves when it comes to Iced Tea and them giving you too much ice and no tea. The gentleman in the drive thru places my order and what do you know I get a full cup of ice and no tea. I swing around and tell him hey this isn't correct and he says "I gotchu I gotchu". Asks me to remove my lid and takes my cup. I'm thinking he's going to add more tea in the same cup. This guy dumps the ice out and gives me my cup back. I'm thinking wtf Kind of service is this. Your telling me I drove back here to have Starbucks dump my ice out. I can dump my own ice out if ice was the issue. The reason I asked for light ice cus I know Starbucks does this crap. I'm paying $4 for tea not a cup of ice. I called the manager and said to her what kind of service is this? What ever happened to the "barista promise". What kind of joke is this? You don't respect someone enough to make them a new tea if there's a issue? It's like going to a upscale Italian restaurant and they put the wrong kind of veggies in your pasta but instead of making a new dish for you they pick the wrong veggies out.. Be smart if you go here that they don't do this to you.
