  I work in the office just around the corner from this location. Been coming here for over 6 years, but recently most of the staff was changed, and since then it been a problem after problem. Sandwiches are made sloppy, the packaging around the sandwiches are nasty and cover in grease. The food its self is ruined as there is too much condiment and its overpowering the actual taste of your meal. My visits have been dwindling down to once a month now instead of twice a week. And after today's visit I think I will be going to a different location as yet again both orders were totally messed up and yet again everything was made sloppy and all over the place.
  
  September 12th 2016 Lunch: 25+ minute wait, orders for nearly each person ahead of me were wrong or missing something. Crowd was getting mad as well, I'm sure many took too long of a lunch today to get carry out. Lost my business, will have to revert to Blue Ash Panera and lose 10 minutes extra on the road. WIll still be quicker.
  
  1/24/17 Spent about 8 minutes trying to order a Ham and Swiss sandwich. Substitute swiss for white and no mayo, not a hard order...yet again an order that wasn't for me. Get back to the office, find out we got some vegetarian sandwich with nothing but bread, cheese and lettuce.... no meat, no mustard, instead of white bread it was on wheat/wholegrain... you guys made me ruin my co-workers lunch yet again. and this time lost my business all together, its a shame, but i wont recommend anyone that location ever again.
